Nota bene: Owing to an unfortunate decision, the pages numbers in Volumes 141, 142, and 143 are duplicated. The page numbers in the second issue of each of these years, issue (3-4), begin again from 1. An additional infelicity is that the cover sheet of each article does not include the issue number, adding to the possible confusion. The pagination here of "141: (3-4) 22-30" is used to mean volume 141, issue 3-4, pages 22 to 30.
